What size to heal in an extended state.

Hi everyone. I had a question for the more experienced members about the silisleeve. Right now i am using the QEP for 3-4 hours at night after work. Wish i could wear it more but my job is physical so i have to wait until i get home from work and the gym. I heard that you can use the sillisleeve to heal in an extended state. So my plan is to wear the sillisleeve to heal in an extended state for 8 hours while at work, then do my regular extending when i get home. My question is, how long should i cut the sillisleeve to? AKA what's the length my penis should stay stretched in via the sillisleeve to heal in an extended state? Is there some kinda general guideline like halfway between your flaccid size and the size you are in the extender at max comfortable stretch? Thanks for any help. Oh and P.S. I'm relatively new. Started extending and Jelqing a little over 2 weeks ago.

@VoorheesXIII, do you mind helping a brother out? The sleeve shouldn't be too long. There is no actual length to stay elongated at. Just make sure you wear the sleeve and it shouldn't be too long in length but long enough to leave the penis elongated.

rcc1996 called it in the 1st post, somewhere bigger than flaccid and less than extension in the traction device is fine. I measured the sleeve I was using and it was cut to 14.5cm, my flaccid length normally was 10.0cm none bone pressed & my nbpel was 16.5cm at that time, so basically the length from behind the glans to where my shaft meets the fat pad/pubic bone hope that helps for reference.

You will know if it's too long as the end at the base will buckle & flare out as you penis tries to retract back or your head will get dragged into the sleeve.

The Silisleeves are great for your work environment. I work at a petrol station & if I was on during the day I would wear the sleeve & be just fine doing my daily duties around the shop with no hindrance & no one noticed (I think lol), if I was working night shift & on by myself I would wear my phallosan on shift as overnight the store locks & all customer interaction was through a security window.
