What kind of gains are these?!

Hey so I started on the hydro extreme 7, 2 weeks In now doing the 5 x 5 x 3.

In my first week I measured 5 inch on 3rd rep.
In my second week I measured 5.5 inch on my 3rd rep and now 2 days into my 3rd week I'm measuring 5.75 inch on my 3rd rep. I can feel an amazing tug at my base near my gooch and the feeling is blissful. I do 4 sets actually on the pump and 4 sets ssj, I take 1 day off per week. Are these results normal? I used to measure 6.5 inch but lost 1.5 inch in 4 years due to stress think I might be getting it back!

It's hard to say if this is normal. Are you referring to the ruler on the Bathmate pump, or outside of the pump?

Indeed. The sticker on the Bathmate pumps are only a safty thing, and a way to stay motivated in the pump.

The sticker will help you to not overpressure your penis. I removed the stickers on all my Bathmate pumps. But I don't recommend you to do that as a beginner.

It's not accurate. It's just a guideline/a help to maximize length expansion, without using to much pressure/vaccum inside the pump.

A true measurement will be BPEL and BPFSL with some days without doing girthwork.

Ruler?

My BM came with a shower strap that has a ruler imprinted on it. It’s included with the pump or an add on- but a nylon strap that has measurements on it.
I’m guessing this is what he means by BM Ruler

The gauge-sticker on the BM cylinder is not an accurate way to measure (the compressing of the gaitor is too great of a variable)...I did a test on my kitchen counter and compressed the gaitor as far as it would go and then took a ruler to compare w/the sticker...the BM was showing 3/8" (.375) or about one CM longer. Just keep that in mind. As an aside, the sticker on the MityVac is very accurate (albeit delicate) I had to cut it off at the 6" and below mark due to it peeling.
