What is the most efficient, compact cock warmer device I can use for pre-jelq warmups?

Everyone accents importance of warmup, but I'm not sure how to do it correctly. I just take a hot bath, but ideally I should have a warming device on my penis during the extension, so what compact devices or methods are there?

A hot bath is plenty for a warm up but I would also encourage you to do a set of bundle of stretches prior to any routine. The combination of the hot bath and the bundles will be a much more profitable stretching session.
 
Thanks, but it would be best to heat during extension....Are there any heating pads available that people recommend? Some small ones?

I used to use a hot pad in the smallest one I could find was about 12” x 12” so it was cumbersome. I have not seen any smaller ones but if you do find one let us know. You can also get the heat from a lamp like the MOSred that many brother simply let shine on them while they train.
 
I use a 15" x 24" electric heating pad. If I'm pumping I wrap it around the tube. If jelqing, I put it in a pillowcase on low heat and sit on it

That was me back in the day LOL I always had a heating pad down my pants people thought I was in diapers LOL

All through my years of PE, I've always started my session slow as a means of warming up. I just start slow and build up on intensity after 5mins into the session.
