Technology What does this message mean from USPS, have they tried to delivered it to me?

They usually try again the next day if that happens. I can't remember what USPS does but FedEx and UPS will leave a sticky note on the door saying they needed a signature, if the package required one, and for whatever reason you weren't available.

I'm living in a country where USPS (United States Postal Service) doesn't exist, I think it's more of an error reporting from USPS side. The package can't have traveled from the last location, to where I'm located in just one hour, that's impossible.

USPS tracking is terrible (not always but much worse than the others), even domestically. I know stuff going across the Canadian border causes confusing tracking. They won't update their records sometimes until it reaches a hub in the US so sometimes it seems like it sat at customs forever and then was beamed Star Trek style instantly. I've shipped and received stuff to and from Canada a lot and Canada Post tracking usually gets filtered through USPS which causes even more confusion.
 
I need to do some research in the best shipping options to my country, the next time I buy something from shop.mattersofsize.com.

Many options to choose from.

Yes! I got the screenshot in your e-mail thanks, but I do not understand why it said "Attempted delivery".

But I think it's due to this (message from the tracking page):
Receive a message when package has been delivered to the recipient's address or when it's been delivered to a delivery partner (if applicable).

The package is with a high probability on its way, it just seems to be stuck, if you look at the tracking data from USPS. But even, "Attempted delivery" it sounds like something didn't work. 🤔
But everything is probably fine.
 
@DLD The package is now returning to shop.mattersofsize.com, I didn't get it.
I found out which shipment company, who took over the transportation of the package in Sweden.
PostNord took over the transportation in Sweden.
I found a way to track the package in Sweden (Tullen Spåra Paket - Spåra Försändelser).

The return was due to:
They had no telephone number to me, so they couldn't send any SMS to me to pick up the package.
They said it was not provided.

I have sent an e-mail to: sales@mattersofsize.com,
I hope this resolves. Can't be without the length master.

Yes you should get a notice if held by Border.

Yes! So strange.
PostNord never sent me any information to pick up the package. When I finally found out that they where the one that had the package (after some internet search), It was to late.

I called them: They said the order had no phone number attached to it, so they could not send me any SMS regarding the package. But they had my adress. So I don't know what happened here.

I have discovered that many people here in Sweden have had problems with PostNord. I will not want to use USPS again, since I do not trust PostNord after this. And PostNord seems to get the package if using USPS. Not USPS fault, it's PostNord that did something wrong here.
 
Update: If you do not provide a phone number with your shippment/order, you will not be able to get your package.

It was my wrongdoing and not the shipping service. This issue is resolved.
