Routine - DLD blasters straight up stretch (no downward DLD blasters). Doing 50 kegels and reverse kegels with DLD blasters straight up stretch. Manual stretch left and right 30 seconds each repeating twice (2 days on 1 off). And using my rod extender stretching straight up for 4 hours plus each day weekends off. And adding my penis pump to routine (15 minute session)
