What causes the penis the shrink and grow?!

I’m posting this because I have experienced both growth and shrinkage of the penis. In my experience, I have no clue what caused both. At my best I reached 7.5 erect bone pressed 7.25 non bone pressed. At my worst, 6.75erect non bone pressed (7.25 when bone pressed, 7.5 flaccid bone pressed) which I currently am at now. I noticed another brother posted about his shrinkage from 9 to about 7.5. I’m here to say the shrinkage is real and it does happens. It really sucks because it’s super discouraging and makes you feel like shit if you see you aren’t as big as you used to be. I believe masterbating and then putting your member back into your pants immediately after teaches the penis to do the reverse of SRT. I think @DLD experienced this as well. I’m gonna post a pic of my dick at its best when I was 19, & 21 and what it’s currently at. I want @DLD & anyone else with a huge success story or experience with possible shrinkage to help me with a great length routine. I really need this. I want to cement my gains and do the best I can to be the best me I can be. I have every device that is recommended and I’m ready to get to work. I’m only worried about length cause my girth at it’s worst is 6in and best at 6.5. PLEASE HELP MY BROTHERS! We’re all in this together!
 
It is impossible for anyone to lose 2 inches. I can understand people losing a half inch that they did not cement yet but losing 2 inches is simply a lie. I have not trained in many years and I’ve only lost 1/2 of an inch that was not cemented.

you are probably seeing a variation in your size due to fatigue and lack of pelvic floor muscle strength at any point. I would try to take a day off so you can get the best EQ possible and measure again.

Masturbation will cause shrinkage. It will also affect your erection quality. And usually masturbation goes along with pornography and as most people here know I think this is completely and absolutely counterproductive and wrong. Refrain from these things so your penis can benefit from your training.
