Are you planning on doing a frenulum tie? We have a very good thread with some extremely professional methods of doing this surgery yourself safely and effectively. Just follow their instructions to a T. Or you may want to just start a PE program and allow your frenulum to loosen up naturally as you stretch.

Hey,,,, good question, I did not know of the 'frenulum tie' until I came to this forum. I am wondering if a PE program with some .5 steroid cream may be a good start to see what I can obtain. I can fully retract my 4skin- however, it stops just behind my cock head where it becomes tight due to the frenulum. At this stage I am curious if loosening this will increase function, length [due to the frenulum pulling head down] and general enjoyment. So stretch is the way forward to start
