Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Wantmoreforwife, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

thank you for the welcome. Excited to be here. I’m Just beginning my journey in penis enlargement. i will definitely read the two suggested posts...all help welcomed.

For starters, I purchased the Kaplan electric enlargement system which came with the 2x9 and 3x9 chambers. For starters (twice now) I was planning to follow their recommended program of every other day (1 session with large tube and 2 sessions with small tube; 3-4 hg to start. Has gone well for the first two sessions... amazing feeling.

Starting at 5.25 x 5. Would love to hit 6.5-7 x 6 or so. Hopefully realistic. Any more would be icing. Wife is very supportive...not knowing what vacuum pumping or enlargement is all about. I think excited as well.

Would be interested in your opinion of an expanded routine suggestion. I have a feeling length will be more challenging than girth.

Welcome dude, very realistic goals, I'm sure once you put together some suggestions from the SRT along with your pump you'll be well on your way, this first time you have dabbled in PE? If so just remember commitment and patience is what makes you succeed, judging by your stats it may be best to start length first, you will surely gain some girth anyway when working on length.

One quick question.. the Kaplan system I bought has a tapered 2” cylinder. I notice (already) it seems like glans fills the cylinder as size from pumping increases. A ways to go yet on shaft filling the cylinder above the bottom 1-2 inches. Will this stunt length growth?

Have a read through the newbie routine and the SRT routine and become familiar with them. If you desire I can help you write a routine based on the SRT methodology in the schedule you have. Let me know.

I’ve read over the newbie and SRT routines. Seems logical to start with incorporating the newbie stretches into my pumping routine. Beyond that...there is a lot to take in. I’d welcome your expertise in helping me write a routine with SRT.
It seems one piece of equipment I’m missing is the silisleeve... I’ve always struggled with turtleing and seems important...

Yes the sleeves will help you in healing. If you do not have a sleeve you can use an ace wrap bandage to replicate this. What is the equipment you have so I can think of a way to work it in?

purchased the silisleeve and should be here in a couple days. I’ve tried wrapping in the mean time...does make a huge difference fugues the sleeve will be even better.
As for equipment just the double cylinder pump to date. Started with light pumping about a week ago... every other day. For start of week two I’ve incorporated the newbie stretches as well as three sessions of pumping. 10 min in bug tube and 2-10 min sessions in the small tube. Between 2-4 hg (light pressure) and wet Jelqs in between pumping sets

. With just two days spent on stretching it seems like I can already start to tell a difference.
What do you think about stretching and pump work the same day? Or should I alternate between exercises each day-pump one day and stretch the next? Will be increasing pressure after a couple more weeks of conditioning.

I suggest you go with the basic stretches in the newbie routine. These are foundational stretches that will bring quick initial length gains. I would use the SRT method of pumping done with the 5×5×3. I would also include expressive stretching and erect stretching. Lastly, incorporate the Testicle health massage and stretch. These things will perfect your routine.

Be sure to have a very good grade through of SRT to get your head around healing and gaining techniques. If you read the first post you’ll get a 20 your education in PE.
