Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Wannbe8, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks for the welcome. Right now I am
5-3/4" erect
5" girth

8" erect
6" girth.
I am hanging with a bib starter hanger at 7.5 lbs SD, BTC.
I've been hanging for about 3-4 weeks. 20 min sets for 1.5 hrs Am and 20 min sets for 1.5 hours PM. 10 min rest periods 7 days a week. I haven't noticed any gains flaccid or erect. I have noticed my penis has a spongy feeling to it and my girth at the base of the erection has increased. My LOT is about 10 O'clock. If I measured right from the bottom of the pelvic bone to the exit skin I have about 3-4" to gain....I am still learning though and open to all suggestions.

Thanks for your response and I would love you to do something for me before I interject my own advice on your work out. Please read through SRT, the whole first post will teach you about two things I want you to understand, healing and gaining and how they can be used to accelerate growth. There are also 2 SRT hanging workouts that you might want to check out. So please give it a read through and come back and let me know if you have any questions.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
