Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Wackysammy, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi DLD thanks, i have been doing pe since the begining of febuary 2021, before i started i was 5.8 BPEL and about 4.9 erect Girth mid shaft(inches) right now i am at about 6.1 BPEL and 5.3 mid shaft erect girth, my short term goal is to reach 6.5 BPEL and 5.5 erect girth, my long term goal is to have have the biggest size i can possibly have

My routine has been using the bathmate hydropump, i started out with the hydro 7 and currently use the hydroextreme version with the handball attatchment pump, i also jelq 200 times before I pump, i do this every other day, one day training, one day off i have also recently started manual stretching about 5 minutes every other day

This sounds good to me brother. I would create a progress and routine thread to write this out and then I can come in for you and give you my advice and advocacy. Just hit me up when you post a routine and I’ll come in and help you out
