Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Wace21, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hello and thanks for reaching out! I am currently between 6.25 and 6.5” in length and 5” in girth. My goals are to reach 8” in length and 6” in girth. I learned about PE ABOUT 10 years ago but never stayed truly consistent and never saw any real results. I am currently doing a warm up routine, followed by 30min of jelqing followed by 6 min of manual stretching and a warm down. This Friday will mark my second week.
I have owned a stretcher before but didnt really like it as well as an original bathmate. I liked the bathMate but it hurt when having to push the pump against my body to get the suction so i stopped using it. But am planning to incorporate the new bathmate with the hand ball in the routine within the next week or so.
I will check out the SRT routine and the newbie routine while im here and might switch things u going into next week

Awesome thank you so much for taking my advice. So please read through SRT and come back to me with any kind of questions you may have. And from that point will put a routine together

For now I think I would like to keep things as simple and device less as possible, the bathmate is the only one im interested in using at the moment, as I have had some experience with it before. I am interested in beginning the newbie routine next week, but Im a bit confused on the structure and am unfamiliar with some of the stretches.
I Have never done bundle or behind the cheek stretches. Is there a separate girth routine or is are the girth exercises the jelqing or apart of the stretches? Also when I receive my bathmate how would i incorporate it into the routine?

Actually just read the incorporating bathmate into newbie routine...is it a good idea to use it fully erect the first time use or should I ease into it for a week or two and then do fully erect with stretches?
Is there a link that describes how to perform the rotary stretches properly and what the difference is between the straight down, out, and up positions?
 
SRT could be done completely manual if you read the entire first post. There are substitutions for equipment. I’m glad you have a bathmate because that’s a big part of SRT and I hope that you’re using the 5×5×3 as this is the best girth workout. you want to go into the tube 100% erect. You will subside to about 90 to 95% erect after you begin.
