Welcome to the Brotherhood, @UncleDrewwwww, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

appreciate the welcome brotha!! I'm currently just 5.9 with like 2 something girth. I'm hoping to hit 7.5 in length and 5 in girth. Where should I start? I've seen the routines but I don't know the bundled stretches or rotary srtetches.
 
Thank you for your reply and you can find those exercises in two different places. If you go to our old member site at www.mattersofsize.com/access and go to the av section u will find videos you can download on all of the exercises. You can also go to our video form which I think is fourth on the list and there are a ton of videos there too. If you do not find what you’re looking for please just come back to me.
