Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Tycer, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Been browsing through the forums for a while now!

picked up a PF a little over a month ago, and have already logged about 250 hours. Bath mate just came in the mail too!

routine wise, I’m somewhat limited, but have been able to wear my PF for about 8 hours a day while at work, and another 3-4 hours in the late evening (10:30PM until around 1AM), then throwing on a sillisleev2 for the rest of the night.

I don’t get much wear time on the PF during the weekends other than some late night wear.

Looking to start the bath mate routine, just trying to figure out what time frame. I normally take a shower in the late evening, around 10PM. Suggestions?

don’t have much time for manual stretches… but have been working in kegals and reverse kegals throughout the day when not wearing the PF.

starting size…

BPEL: 5”
EL: 4.25
EG: 4.25

first goal…
EPEL: 6”
EG: 4.75”

this site is awesome by the way! Should have started this long ago…
