Hey DLD its great to be here now. I have learned so much from you already through your Youtube vids and on the MOS forums and I'm very excited to learn more and also share a stretch that I have found to work well which I think may be a new kind of stretch/ method. Im currently right at 7 inches BPEL and 5 inches EG and my goal is at least 9 inches BPEL by 5.5 inches EG.

Is it okay to do manual stretches daily If I'm currently losing body fat at the same time? When you did PE for up to 12 hours daily were you eating a large amount of food or in a surplus? I heard someone say PE should never be done at the same time as losing body fat as size could potentially be lost, so I'm a bit worried that I could lose size if I stretch everyday while in a pretty large calorie deficit about every other day. I've been gaining .0394 inches per week using this cyclic stretch by hand which is five seconds stretched about 5 seconds release the stretch for at least 10 sets followed by using the SizeGenetics at 1200g tension for 3 hours for 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each with a few minutes to fully restore circulation between.

Yes you can do all PE when you’re trying to lose weight it actually helps the penis more than you know. As you lose your fat pad you’ll have more visual penis and as you train you will grow more penis. So yes engage both a diet and a routine. And there is no limit on stretching so as much time as you can put in is what determines how long you get.

Is it normal for the BPEL to increase by a large amount without any BPFSL increase over that quick amount of time? I had gained quite a bit of BPFSL then for around a month was only measuring BPFSL and thought it wasnt growing anymore but I just measured and my BPEL shot up by about 0.23 inches in just under one month. Also does it matter if I use the Sizegenetics in an upward or downwards position, will the direction affect my upwards curve, Id like to keep my upward curve lessening it is ok but I dont want to completely remove the curvature. I worried using it upwards may increase my upwards curve but I still think theres more tension on the upper side either way so it probably will straighten it out regardless im not sure though.

Also I forgot to ask, do you think its better to use the Sizegenetics for many hours per day at a gentle tension versus less time at high tension. Instinctively I feel I should put in as many hours as reasonable with only 1200g but use higher intensity with manual stretching etc. I heard extenders work by creating microtears and then the cells undergo mitosis and cytokinesis to fill in the gaps from the tears but I feel that extenders may also or only work by gentle traction stimulating cell duplication without microtears and if thats true then gentle traction for long time would probably be ideal.

An extender works two different ways in the methodology of SRT. One is called active training which would be when you’re setting your extender at the highest possible setting to make growth. In this case I advise you to do four sets of 30 minutes.

The second way is passively wearing it and that means setting it at a moderate tension for as long as you’re able to wear it to encourage healing.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
