Hi DLD yeah so i was reading the routine that you said to a guy here that he doesnt have permanent gains, like 10 mins per set 3 sets plus ssj 1 min in between set. I followed that for two days now and i can see considerable expansion and feels good. Been using hydromax 7 for a month and 6 days now. However i was using the air pump from ebay for 3 weeks or more and did stretching aswell. Now im at 5.5inches and 5 in girth. My goal is to close to 7 in length and 5.5 in girth for now. Thanks..

So my old work out was
30sec 3 sets manual stretching
5mins 3 sets hydromax7
Jelq after pumping but its hard to get erection for me after pumping
100 kegs.
i do this workout everyday.

but now i followed your 10mins x 3 sets and 1 min ssj and very happy of it instead of 15 mins x3 sets. Today is my 3rd day.
Initial size was 5inches x 3.5inches
My size at the moment 5.5inches x 5inches in girth.
