Welcome to the Brotherhood, @T2789, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks for the welcome DLD! I stumbled upon this topic from a funny conversation with some friends, and agreed to be the guinea pig to see if this stuff is legit. I've been at it for about a month and a half, compiling info and routines from some other sites. I just found you site, and have included it in my resources. I was primarily starting off with he "JP90" routine from PEgym, and have gravitated to your beginning stretching routine and jelqing because I feel like I get a better stretch. I have committed myself to 3 months of investigation (end date will be Nov 15) to verify, or debunk the process.

I started out at a reliable 6 1/2- 6/34" (depending on the day, alcohol consumption, excitement...) with a 5 1/2" girth. Already I feel like I am possibly seeing a length difference, and again depending on EQ am seeing 6 7/8" to 7" on the ruler with girth still pretty much the same. I have seen how subjective measuring is though, depending on just where you put that ruler, how hard you push, how perpendicular I am... In the name of good science I dont think I will declare this legit until I see that thing over the 7 inch mark. I dont think that it is too much of a stretch (nice one huh?!) to expect a 1/2" gain, and I know that I have never measured that long regardless of angle or pressure.

Im intrigued, enjoying the process, and if this works then I dont see any reason to quit. I enjoy all of my time with my dick! I dont know how often I will post, but I absolutely will let you know how things end after 3 months so all of those searching for validation like I am will be able to reference my story. I'll try to maybe include pictures, because that is the real proof, and the one thing that seems to be very hard to find. I there were pictures left and right showing proof of this then it would be a no brainer to believe, but the pictures are few and far between, and the measuring in the ones I do find are far from scientifically repeatable.
 
What exactly were you doing for exercises and for how long? I want to make sure that you’re doing the right thing so you can make good growth so your friends will also want to get involved. I can put a routine together for you that will bring you what you want just let me know.

frequency is usually 3 on 1 or 2 off depending on how I feel.
 
Im looking to see if I get results at all, and if I do Im not going to complain about another inch! A little longer and a little thicker; nothing too extreme. Im all ears if you have advice. Im not going to be buying any devices though. I want to see if just exercises will yield results.

I would suggest the newbie routine as this will fit everything is necessary to bring growth. But I would also create a powerassist by using a piece of PVC pipe so you can do the power assist exercises, these are fulcrum exercises that will speed your growth. this way you don’t need to spend a penny.
 
Having done about a month and a half of jelqs and sise to side stretches before switching to your newbie program how long do you think it should take to see a noticeable length gain? When do I evaluate if I need to make changes?

you should measure right now what your flaccid, stretched, bone pressed length. Compare this to your erect length, You should see a difference which means your length work is going well. I would do the measurements once every two weeks. It is not an official measurement it’s simply a way to check to make sure you are making growth. You should also measure after every girth session to be sure you’re seeing expansion. Again this is not official it is simply to make sure your routine is working. Official measurements should be taken every 90 days. It’s after 90 days you’re not seeing growth you need to come see me.

in most cases people who are just starting out she’s very quick newbie gains. I don’t like to make predictions but I love to pray so I will pray that you will see the growth you need to give you confidence to make your dreams happen.
 
Thanks DLD, but Im 1000% confident and Im living my dream as we speak! Im just here to see if this shit is real or hype; my happiness is not predicated on having an 8 inch dick, I have a great dick right now! Im like the supersize me guy (morgan spurlock); this is in the name of science and truth.
 
In theory this his very feasible , so much that I would call it plausible. With the science of tissue remodeling by using heat and manipulating tissue creep by stretching ligaments into the plastic range coupled with good old fashioned hypertrophy from stress I see potential. On top of the medical report indicating correction of Peyronies disease with hours of traction over 3 months I feel like there is a probable theory here; but there is only one way to test a theory! Thanks for the support.

I have always believed exactly what you have written here. I think I made faster growth than any other man I know because of the consistencI have always believed exactly what you have written here. I think I made faster growth than any other man I know because of the consistent heat I was able to use. It always kept my penis in a malleable state making it very easy to stretch. I had total privacy so I could use a heating pad where most men cannot.

I can't see how I have failed to do the exercises properly, but after a month doing your newbie protocol, and 2 months prior Jelqing and stretching I am starting to think that this is not very plausible to produce the results that PE claims to yield. There are may posts on here claiming to have success, but unfortunately I am not one of them. I think that I have tested this method rather disciplined and, unfortunately must say in my experience it is not fruitful in producing results. Im really curious how you and others claim to have such significant changes and I have seen none. It has been a fun test!

I really like the newbie routine because it makes people believers. The newbie routine is really quite advanced as far as stretching those, as a matter of fact those stretches don’t change when you move into SRT they are just replaced by using the Lengthmaster doing the stretches. So I am 100% for the newbie routine. But once you’ve tapped out all you can gain from the newbie routine then it becomes important to move into SRT to continue growth. Many people start with SRT and that’s fine also.
 
If you do not believe you will never grow, it is part of the game. I wish things worked for you.
