Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Swindles, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi, I wanted to know if there’s a updated version of the newbie workout routine since that one was posted awhile ago. I’m not doubting that it doesn’t work but I just would like to know if there’s a more up to date one. I’m trying to get 1-2 inches bigger in length through regular exercises. I’m not completely new to penis enlargement exercises (sorry if I don’t use the proper terms) I’ve tried many different exercises at different stages of my life but gave up too quickly after feeling like I got bigger or being too busy. Now I want to stay dedicated to a routine and push through this. Also I understand that I’m not going to get gains in 2 days but I would like to know how long it would take if I do it everyday. I only have time for about once to twice a day. I’m 19 Turning 20... idk if that helps with anything ?? although I’m looking to gain length, idk if I need to gain girth too but I’ll leave my measurements below for you to be the judge. Idk if this is important but I’m uncut so should I pull my foreskin down when I’m doing these exercises or should I keep it up. I know I’m asking a lot of questions and I thank you so much for taking the time out in reading this.

When I’m hard, I’m a little above 6.5in if I’m measuring from the front and about 7in measuring from the side (I’m not pushing down my base to make it seem long) my width is about 2in (idk if that’s an actual thing you measure) and my girth is 5-6ish inches

when I’m soft it’s about 4-5in but it gets really small a lot And my girth is 5in
 
There is no update on the newbie routine but I can tell you what I suggest to people who feel as though they have come to a plateau in that routine. One huge thing that will change everything would be instead of doing manual stretching do all of your stretching with the lengthmaster which will bring length so quickly and it will never need to be upgraded because you’ll never use all of the intensity.

Sounds as though you want to go strictly for length so I would suggest implementing 2 length workouts a day or follow SRT methodology. If you need any help with this I would love to work with you on putting together a routine. Let me know what you think

if you’re going to go manual please go with the new B routine because it will cover every angle of growth and make it a no brainer. When you’re ready to introduce tools we can implement them as you get them. In order to do the entirety of the SRT program you would need the following

a pump
a Lengthmaster
an ADS
Cock ring
Sleeves
