Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Stygian, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi all, currently I am lengthwise 4.9 -5in flaccid and about 6.4-6.5in erect pressed to bone, and about 4in flaccid/ 5 erect girth wise. I would just like to make it to 7in erect or as close as possible and maybe gain a little girth, say 5.25in. Ive begun the newbie routine but have some questions. Is the routine made to be finished in one setting or can i do parts throughout my day? Also would like help finding the appropriate guide videos. I do believe I've gained some from just a few weeks of the routine i didn’t have measurements due to not actually owning a decent tape measure or ruler but everything will be logged from here on out. Thanks!
 
Thank you for your questions and thank you for introducing yourself. You do not have to do the whole routine at once, I never did it that way. I always did length in the morning and girth at night. So whatever fits best for your schedule go for it.
