Welcome to the Brotherhood, @State v. Johnson, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey DLD, thanks for the warm welcome! I've been reading the MOS forums for a while, and have already gotten a lot out of your contributions. I was hoping you could give me some advice as to my routine.

I started with the Bathmate Hydro7 at the beginning of February, and have modified my routine since. I started at 10 min of pumping, and my current routine after some modifications is:

Newbie stretching routine + light ball massage and stretch
150 Jelqs
10 min Bathmate + Vac-u-vin mod
150 Jelqs
10 min Bathmate + Vac-u-vin
150 Jelqs
Light stretch for warm down

I usually workout 6/7 days, with one off-day.

My starting measurements are:
BPEL 5.75
EG 5.0

Goal:
BPEL 7.0
EG 6.0

I just ordered the Sizedoctor Gamechanger, and wanted to get your input on how best to incorporate it into my routine, and any additional modifications to my existing routine you would change. I have tried SSJ, but haven't utilized them all that much. Many thanks, and much respect.
