Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Staff of Orgasm, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I just began pe again and this is the routine im doing at the moment:

Warm up
Warm water soak or towel wrap
Twisted erect stretches (for tunica i believe)
Clamps (just a warm up for expanding the blood vessels)

Length
Basic stretching (all directions)

Girth
Dld bends
Isolated compression squeeze
Ssj

Wet and dry jelq
I usually go for time rather than counting

Warm down
Soak in warm water or towel wrap

Kegels
100 (3 sec. hold)

Testicle
Testicle health massage and stretch
Testicle rotary cranks

I wanted to know if there are any changes or adjustments i should be making. I am currently 6 in. in length and 5.5 in. in girth.
I also want to add more base girth.
My goal is:
Length - 10 in
Girth - 7 - 7.5 in

You have covered much of what you need to cover I will add a couple things that will speed the process. Before you start training a routine whether it is girth or length start by doing bundled stretches as these will loosen up your tunica and allow you to take much more blood on.

The next thing I would like to see you do is erect stretching at least once or twice a week for 5 to 10 minutes. This will help solidify new growth making it permanent.

Lastly I would love to see you doing expressive stretching as part of your daily routine. Expressive stretching allows you to pull internal penis outward adding to your total length.

On your girth routine I would stick with the SSJ alone as this will give you the fastest girth growth. Only thing that improves this would be the SRT 5×5×3. What is the reason you want to do DLD Bend’s? Do you have curvature you want to correct?
 
I forgot to add the erect stretching and the ballooning technique for crazy o strength. I began with your ballooning method when i became comfortable with kegels, when i would be lazy i would do as much towel curls as i can instead. I added the erect stretching when i read it contributes to bigger flaccid size, ever since then its been a part of my routine. But the expressive stretching was a concept i did not fully understand. I did the bends because it was a part of a routine i read along w/ isolated compression, dry dual and wet jelqs, i think.
 
Are the bundled stretches in all directions? Should i just replace the twisted erect stretches for these?

Twisted and bundled stretches are the same thing. When I say directional what I mean is you should twist to the right as equal as you twist to the left. But bundled or twisted stretches can be done with almost any stretch out there. If you’re using a LM it’s pretty insane.
 
Aside from expressive stretching, what adjustments should i make to my routine?

Think everything looks good but there is one thing you’re doing incorrect and that is the bundled stretching. You should bundle stretch when you’re completely soft or flaccid. Other than that it looks like a really good routine.
 
Ive started doing them flaccid this week since you told me to do them as a warm up. And i have noticed a big difference during both length and girth work. How long should i stick with this routine before changing anything?

I always stay stick with something until it does not work any longer. With any routine eventually the penis will no longer respond unless the exercise becomes much more intense or a new exercise is put in place. But while you’re gaining there’s no reason to change anything.
 
Ok, i will stick to this routine for now. What about base girth? I am somewhat trying to to reverse the baseball bat shape i have. Ive always struggled with it. Even thought i read that it is one of the most easiest things to gain.

The easiest possible place to gain size is at the very base and this is done through heavy downward stretching. No matter if you’re using your hands, an LM or any other device. Downward stretching produces a thicker base.

It will be a very quick process. It is actually the fastest way to gain out of every practice, the base just thickens under heavy downward stretch. If you have a Lengthmaster use it in both ways, heavy hanging and heavy assisted manual stretching. You will see the size come extremely quick.
