Welcome to the Brotherhood, @SmallJ, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I have struggled with being small all my life so want to try pumping. I am 51 so am worried that might be too late in life. Anyway, I’m about 1.5” flaccid, 4.25” hard and 4.5” around. I have purchased a hand pump and have 1 1/2 inch tube. I’ve tried it several times and have gotten the donut. I’ve used a condom and that has helped that. I would love to gain length but my guess is that girth would be easier. Am I wrong? Any thoughts?

you are in no way too old or else I should not be here at all LOL. You’re a young man at 51 and you can make gains just as well as 18-year-old. The place to start is to read through the SRT Routine and the Newbie Routine and between these two routines I can help you create one that will deliver exactly what you want. Have a readthrough and let me know if you have questions or you need help in creating your work out
 
Thanks man. Boy, that's a lot to take in. I'll try the newbie routine, but looks like i'll need to invest in some equipment. All I have is a hand pump. I'll have to figure out how to make time. After Bundled stretches, jelqing, and kegels, what would be next?

Stick with the newbie routine as it is a great foundational routine and many men find quick growth using the newbie routine. Bundled stretches are part of the routine so you don’t need to worry about that. Also pelvic floor exercises are included as far as Kegels go. I would also use the testicle health massage and stretch in the routine. With girth I highly recommend the 5×5×3 found in SRT. If you do not have a pump simply do the SlowSquashJelqs for 15 minutes. Check it out and let me know what you think and I can help you refine it.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
