Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Sellca, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi DLD, its nice to meet you. I've been coming to your site for a little less than a year now and have found it very helpful at times as well as your YouTube channel. I've been doing PE for a little over a year. I haven't checked my measurements in awhile although I started at 5.5 in BPEL and 4.5 in EG and last i checked (a few months ago) I was around 5.75 in BPEL and I didn't check my girth as I'm mostly after length. I started PE with just using a tension extender then got a bathmate hydromax. I also expiremented with a vacuum hanger but my flaccid girth is not big enough to maintain suction in the sleeve so it slips off.. My extender broke about 4 months ago so I have been relying mostly on stretches and jelqs. I recently adopted the newbie routine so I could hit all angles and I've seen a bit of improvement in my flaccid hang (also might be THM). Every now and then I use my bathmate for bathmate stretches. I want to get to atleast 7 in NBEL and 5.5 in EG although I have no problem with gaining more lol I want to say that I am very impressed with your knowledge and thank you for welcoming me as a member.

thanks for coming out and introducing yourself my brother I really appreciate it. I’m glad you found my YouTube channel and that’s some thing I would like to get going again soon. After reading your post it seems like you have a very good routine but do me a favor and write it out exactly as you were doing it so I can help advocate for you. What I suggest is starting a Routine in progress thread. Layout your work out, measurements and any other important information in an organized way. Here is a link
