Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Sandro Brasil, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Atualmente tenho 15x13,2 Eu conheci o faloculturismo a uns dois anos. Comecei fazendo tudo errado. Queimei etapas usei muita força exajero nos treinos e meu pênis criou resistência agora estou em busca de uma solução para isso, dia 25 de janeiro completo 2 meses sem sem fazer os exercícios com a esperança de quebrar essa resistência .

I burned steps I used a lot of exajero strength in training and my penis created resistance now I am looking for a solution for that, on January 25th complete 2 months without doing the exercises with the hope of breaking that resistance.

It sounds as though your Tunica is very tough and I’ll tell you the best thing you can possibly do to solve this is bundled stretching. Bundled stretching will break down the tunica like nothing else and allow you to make solid length gains. If you have a lengthmaster it makes it even better and faster

Bom Dia! Como você faz esse alongamento agrupado? E o que seria o comprimento mestre?
 
All of the stretching I am referring to you will find in the newbie routine. These stretches cover every possible angle of growth. The length master is a tool that allows you to add incredible intensity to manual stretching allowing you to gain much faster. It also has many other functions and for anyone that’s serious about gaining length should really have it.
