Hi! I'm new. Question: Can the Hydromax 7 be as effective used dry , like on bed, as well as wet, as in shower? Isn't the vacuum the same?

In my experience Hydromax is a hydro pump. To use it dry would require a Vacu-Vin mod and even then the pressure might not be so great.
I've tried it dry but it's not great. To make great gains it's necessary to make "sacrifices" at times.

With that said, best of gains to you. I would personally use the Hydromax as a water only pump. If you have it already that is.
If you're still on the verge of buying something, I can recommend the Mityvac kit, with that both air and water pumping is very well doable.

Thank you for the info Arkailija. I just got the H7 and had vacuum problems. Then I shaved my hair and that made a rtremendous difference. I am a senior and just realized I have been neglecting my penis badly. I care less about size and girth and most about a healthy system. So will use H7 wet, kegels and jelquing. A question: It takes about 3 pumps to get a good suction. But tube is still about 3/4 full of water. Isn't it better for penis to be surrounded by air? So better to start off with tube half full of water? P.S. Thank you and MOS for this helpful sute. Russ

It's best to be covered by water when you're pumping! Much more gentle process compared to air, in my experience anyway.
So fill the cylinder full of water and pump on!

As you noticed, shaving / keeping downstairs clear of excess hair, helps with the suction a lot. Also it's a visual boost regarding size.
