Welcome to the Brotherhood, @ronnie305, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

sadly no I am not big wish I was I'm only around 5 when hard that is why I am here, can you tell me if the size doctor really works or not I have been using a pump but I not know how long to use it

I answered you in another post but in my opinion if you’re going for length you’re better served by picking up a Lengthmaster and a SiliStretcher. They are just the best two pieces of equipment to make gains in length. The sizedoctor has not been a big seller. In the other thread I told you to let me know what you think and if you’re good with this we can put a routine together.
