Welcome to the Brotherhood, @quawil, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks for the message brother. I am a little over 6 inches in length with about 5 inches in girth. I want to add an inch or two in length and a little more girth. I am totally new to PE, where do I get started? Which routine would you recommend?

there are two places you can start. One place is the newbie routine, This is a completely manual work out and it builds a very good foundation.

The other place would be SRT which is a combination of tools and manual work. It’s the fastest routine available.

do me a favor and look through both those threads and any questions you might have come back and let me know and from there we can put a routine together.
