Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Congratulations on your size already, are you aiming for the "standard" 8x6? I think the 0.5" is very doable, depending of course what kind of gains you have made so far.
Would be nice to hear which protocol or training regime you have been using.
