Welcome to the Brotherhood, @PENewbie, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I'm already following a Bathmate routine where for the first month, I just get used to the maximum pressure and how it feels when I'm in a flaccid/semi-erect state. Then I want to use it fully erect with max pressure and start following more elaborate routines (jelqing, stretching, extenders, Bathmate exercises, etc).

Currently at 6in NBPEL, 6.1in BPEL, 4.72in girth if measured at mid-shaft.
Ideally want to get to 7.5 NBPEL, 6in girth.

I think if I'm consistent, this will take me 1.5-2 years of repeated effort... but of course everyone is different and will grow at their own pace haha.

I mentioned this on the very first post of my progress thread, but I'll re-paste it here for your convenience.

For my first month, I'm going to be following Good Looking Loser's Bathmate Routine For Newbies using the brand-new Bathmate HydroMax30 I just purchased. Brief summary of what it's all about is below.
  • Week 1 = use the Bathmate in a flaccid state every other day for 8 minutes, full pressure
  • Week 2 = use the Bathmate in a flaccid state every other day for 12 minutes, full pressure
  • Week 3 = use the Bathmate in a 70-80% erect state every other day for 8-10 minutes, full pressure
  • Week 4 = use the Bathmate in a 70-80% erect state every other day for 10-12 minutes, full pressure
  • Week 5 and beyond = use the Bathmate fully erect for 12-15 minutes, 4-5 times per week

@DLD But in another thread of mine you responded to, you did mention the SRT 5x5x3 routine. I'll read up on it and incorporate as much of it as I can when I am back home on Sunday night.

Please look at the 5×5×3 you’re going to get so much more growth and expansion from this routine compared to any other routine. After one session you’ll see what I’m talking about. SRT did not become the biggest routine online for nothing
