Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Ostahph, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks mate, I'm currently using a vaccum extender bought from China, but I'm having a hard time using it. Despite wearing a protective cap my glans is still getting deformation, I came here not only to solve this problem, but also to learn a lot about PE.

My penis is around 14~12cm, I want to reach 17 cm or more.

Sorry to hear about your extender but anything from China is going to be garbage. Your best bet is always by your equipment through us because we give you a lifetime warranty and you get the best equipment available. We do not make a product that we are not 100% happy with and it is our brotherhood that puts it to the test. So you can always feel confident buying from us and our store.

you may be able to make your extender work a bit better by buying some spare parts to replace that which is causing issues. Or you could just straight out by the real thing the SiliStretcher.

I use a infrared lamp to warm my penis before wearing the extender, I use it 7 hours a day.

I tried jelq for a couple of months, but I couldn't get the least result.
