Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Onegin47, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey - thanks man. I've always been curious about PE but can never stick to a solid plan. I'll take any help and encouragement I can get. I'm ready to be taken under the wing of any PE master.
 
Enhancing yourself takes discipline. You could have all the mentors available but in the end you must put the work in.
It can be done and many men have made great gains. Feel free to ask for help, I personally can just suggest checking the Newbie and SRT routines.

Just stay consistent!
 
Definitely man - I can keep it up if I develop a solid routine. If any of the experienced dudes here can help build one out that'd be amazing. Meanwhile, I'll check out the newbie routines for sure.
