Welcome to the Brotherhood, @NSRCHOF2, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Full disclosure DLD and all of the gentlemen that use this forum, I was made aware of your work by a friend. He told me about what I will call the "original DVD" after a friend admitted to us that he was experiencing ED at 40. During this poker night he told us went from 6 to 8.5 over a 3 year period, and admitted to having the same strength of erections at 44 that he had as a teen. This made me start researching. While I do not have ED at 40, I do NOT want to develop the issue. At this time I'm 7.5 in length and 5.7 in girth. I have followed your measurement directions, so I am confident in my measurements.

As a newbie, should I buy and go through the 5 phases in your original work to acclimate myself to PE, or should i follow the "newbie" routine or srt?

I'm looking to add two just because it seems to be a nice round number, more than anything, Im looking to stay rock hard until I'm 99 years old.

The Newbie Routine is best in my opinion. As you train using the newbie routine we can start to incorporate parts of SRT into what you’re doing. So I suggest you read through the newbie routine and the SRT routine to get a good idea of what you want to do. From there I can help you put a routine together.

I've been consistent with the gym and the newbie routine since I registered. I have been splitting the the routine into morning and evening sessions. I want to work for 6 month consistently with manual work prior to buying a ton of equipment. I am looking to work girth and length at the same time unless it is better to work on them individually. Also, the friend that introduced me to your site purchased a Penomet and a Bathmate, he never opened the Penonmet, I'm willing to buy this from him. Are you still willing to provide a routine or should I simply keep working the newbie routine until I hit a wall or I'm ready to purchase all of the equipment needed for srt. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
 
Yes I suggest you do the Newbie routine as it is written and get as much out of this as you can before we move on to something more intense. Spend a month two months in the newbie routine and we can start building up into SRT when you’re ready. Wait and buy either a Bathmate or MityVac. We dropped the Penomet because there were so many issues with function, form and Customer Service. When you’re ready let me know and I’ll help you with whatever you decide to do. Even though you’re not doing SRT right now I suggest you read through it and take on some of the methodology especially in the healing area
 
Reading through SRT, I see specific comments about "cementing" gains. Is this something I shouldn't be concerned with while performing the newbie routine?
 
You can see some gains early on in your routine esp with the likes of bathmate etc, it just means you have to keep going with PE as some signs of growth may not be permanent, again I talk about bathmate and in particularly fluid retention etc can make you seem like you've grown if doing it every day, takes time to ensure these gains are their permanently and not just disspaear slowly after you stop PE

A good practice to get into that will help you gain more size but at the same time it will cement as it goes is using an ADS. The SiliStretcher is a fine device that will help you in every area. The idea in SRT is to make gains or active training and then using passive training to heal. The SiliStretcher was made with this in mind. You could train heavy all day using the SiliStretcher and then use it light as you sleep to cement the gains.

Cementing girth is fairly easy, you simply put on a cock ring after you’re done with your girth work. Posts expansion is what cements girth so keeping this expansion around as long as possible is very profitable for cementing girth. If you’re looking through the SR team routine I highly recommend looking at the 5×5×3 as this is the fastest way to put on girth.
 
I have been following Phase 1 as written for two weeks. The exception has been timing, I do not split the stretching and jelqing routine, only the health massage, is this okay?

that’s fine as long as you’re getting everything in. You can break it into three sessions if you like the point is that you get all of the work done in a 24 hour period.
