Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Naani, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks DLD! Really looking to get some good gains. Tried a Make Edge extender a few years ago but hurt like hell and gave up. Looking to buy a phallosan or peninaster pro soon once I’ve saved up.

I’m currently at 5.5” bone pressed and 4” girth. Really looking for girth gains first as I didn’t realise I was quite a bit under average. Will start with the newbie regime and squashed jelqs.

Any other tips? Thanks very much!

you’re not under average as far as length goes and you’re only slightly under average as girth goes but none of that matters because you found the brotherhood and now you can become as big as you want.

do not waste your money on those tools. You can get the StealthStretcher which is a traction stretcher and a vacuum stretcher and hanger all in one! It’s much less expensive, much higher quality and comes with a lifetime warranty.
