Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MWM, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hello DLD, and thanks for the welcome and guidance. I have read over the newbie routine and I will try to follow it until I learn enough and have enough experience to be able to make good calls on where my own body wants to go.

I just ordered the SiliStretcher-2 to add to my existing arsenal of PE equipment and will be ordering your LengthMaster-3 product as soon as my budget allows.

My current size is 6" in length and 5.75 inches in circumference. I'm looking to try to get to 8" in length and 2" in diameter or better.

Thanks for your response I truly appreciate it. The newbie routine is going to be a great foundational workout that we can build on. Since you have a SiliStretcher we can incorporate that right away. And as you are able to score other equipment we can bring you more in line with the SRT routine. But you should make some very good initial growth using the newbie routine.

I would add in a couple of stretches that are not there right now. I would try to get 10 minutes of erect stretching three times a week. I would like you to do Expressive stretching with every session. These are easy to do simply grip at your extreme base and stretch outward.
