Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MNJ138, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thanks for the welcome!

I've been on other forums for a few years, but decided to check out mattersofsize finally.
I started PE in November of 2016 starting at 5.5 NPBEL 6.25 BPEL x 4.375 MSEG

I'm currently at 7.5 BPEL x 5.25 MSEG

I have done a lot of manual work over the years, used a bathmate, and have extensive hanging with LG hanger. I recently just purchased a compression hanger because I wasn't reaching fatigue with the LG...It's really hard to not get blisters above 15 lbs and I finally had enough. Felt like I was tip-toeing to not make a wrong move to get a blister...Was more worried about not damaging my head instead of feeling fatigue.

So right now I'm doing a compression hanging routine where I start at 12.5 pounds and decrease the weight as I feel the fatigue set in and then decrease the weight from there. I'm doing 9 sessions of 15 minutes each...At the end of the session, I put on my ADS and go to bed.

The hanging is done at night and in the morning, I've been doing 20 minutes minimum of clamping. 5 minute sets with 1 minute rest in between.

What do you guys think of my current routine? Have any thoughts on maximizing my success.

Thanks for coming out and introducing yourself I really appreciate it. Your routine sounds good but I would have you go to the SRT thread and see what you can take from there. I created a couple of new hanging routines in the SRT. Have a look through that and let me know what you think or if I can help you implement some of the stuff into your work out
