Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MaxThePlanck, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

It’s so very nice to meet you also my brother! Please read through the two threads I suggested above and come back with any Questions you may have. At that point I can help you create a routine that will get you where you want to go very quickly
 
Thanks. I have read them previously. I was curious if using the silistretcher alone would be effective. I am not necessarily looking for rapid results or pushing the boundaries. In fact, my growth goals are rather modest. Specifically, I am very busy (2 jobs, one of which has 13 hour days during which I eat a lunch 60% of the days and take a bathroom break 20-30% of the days). I also do a lot of other exercising, so I was wondering if just long constant tension would benefit enough?
 
Definitely is what you’re looking for is only to become longer than the SiliStretcher is exactly what you want. I would also work some other stuff in there to fit in your timetable. But I can definitely bang out a really good routine that is all centered around the SS. Just let me know
 
How much time can you give me every day for training?
 
Sorry @DLD for the delay. As I am sure everyone has felt, this has been a crazy year. I could definitely give a solid 10-15 minutes a day with some days I can have up to a half hour if timed right.
 
Yes, sir. I have gotten one. I have been trying to adjust to wearing it. I have been working on it though. Also have been trying out the jelq from the newbie workout as well.

Yeah give it a couple days to get used to it and to learn your way around it. The newbie routine jelqing is a decent exercise but I’d like to see you get into the SSJ as soon as you feel comfortable. This will give you the best girth growth, The only way to pack it on faster is by using the Bathmate 5×5×3.

I would include all of the newbie routine stretches as your main length work out and use the SiliStretcher to gain and heal depending on intensity.
