Welcome to the Brotherhood, @marHUGE824, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey @DLD! Thank you for the warm welcome. I actually started my PE journey 15 years ago with some penis pills, jelqing, pumps (started off with a regular pump then moved to bath are when that came out), clamps, hanging and doing stretches that I believe I got from here or Th*nd3rs Pl@ce? I don’t remember. I started off at 5 by 4.25 at that time (I was 18) and got to 6 by 5 relatively quickly so I went off to college at San Diego State and just enjoyed myself. Pumping here and there. I’m now back after an almost 10 year hiatus by starting slowly. I bought the newest bath mate Hydromax Extreme 7? Haven’t gotten a good seal so I’m playing with that.
My routine is quick since I share a bathroom and have kids:
-200 jelqs
- SSJ FOR 5 minutes
- pump for 5 minute increments whenever I can (not often)
- kegel daily

I recently lost 30lbs and have about 20 more to go but I’m getting healthy and just wanted to see where I can take my penis. My current stats are 5.6 by 4.75 (I lost some of my initial gains from 15 years ago but not too shabby). My goals are modest, 7 x 6.5 lol(maybe not modest). Short term goal is 6.25 x 5.25. Excited to be back and ready to get after this!
 
Welcome back to the grind it’s impossible to stay away forever LOL I highly recommend that you use your pump in the spirit of SRT and what I mean by that is using the 5×5×3 work out as it brings girth faster than any other work. From your measurements length will be easy as your goal is modest, girth is a bit more so the 5×5×3 will get you there quickly. So I would completely change your routine to this instead of all the other stuff you were going to do as this will be the smartest way.

I am wondering about Lang though, you say you want to game link but there is no links work in your work out so I highly recommend you go with the newbie routine stretches. This group of stretches every possible angle of growth. This will take more time than you have but you can break this up into three or four different routines a day to fit it into your schedule. Let me know what kind of kind you have and be really creative and let’s see where we can make this routine work.
