Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Macc607, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks for the welcome DLD. Pumped to be a part of the brotherhood and I’m ready to get serious about PE. I’ve done PE in the past but only for a few months as I was unsure about what was going to be the best use of my time, so Ive gradually been gathering info on routines and equipment so I can go about it the right way.

I recently just purchased the Mityvac pump and Silistretcher2 (although the SiliStretcher2 came broken in the mail ?) and plan on using these as my primary equipment exercises in addition to some manual stretching. I’m focusing on length to start and when im at my goal length will switch to girth focus. Currently I’m at 6” BPEL and 5.5 MSEG. My goal is 7.5x6
 
It was a user error ?! MoS was quick to respond and now I’m wearing it as I type. Seems to be working just fine

You are all set up to make some serious growth very quickly. I would like you to read through SRT and see how your equipment pairs up perfectly with the original routine. You also have a couple of other vacuum hanging routines and I and all manual version. The original version is my favorite. Have a readthrough SRT and come back to me with any questions.

Hi DLD,

So I’ve read through SRT and have started the routine following your guidelines. One thing I’m more curious about is the Reverse Kegel and how thats done. I have an idea of what you are talking about - is it like relaxing your muscles like when you let yourself pee?

Also I have a problem with slipping out of the silistretcher. I dont seem to be getting enough suction from the vacuum. If i do any type of heavier stretch I slip out after 10 minutes. My head appears to be all the way in, i pull the silisleeve over my shaft and twist the knob 2 or 3x and it pulls my head in, but when I go to stretch can feel myself gradually slipping out. Anything I’m doing wrong?

Thanks for your question as my brother. A reverse Kegel is done using the muscle movement you use when pushing the flow of urine. Stopping the flow of urine would be considered a Kegel. Obviously you do not need to be peeing to do it ?

on slipping out of your SS it could be a sleeve issue could be a chamber issue. I would send an email to sales@mattersofsize.com and Lightning will give you excellent direction.

Was wondering the best place to get explanations on some of the exercises particularly rotary cranks, testical heralth massage and the manual expressive stretching. I’ve looked on the forum and not quite sure where theres an explanation
