Welcome to the Brotherhood, @LordMcG, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey DLD! Thanks for such an incredible resource of knowledge! I've spent a few days going over the chat..

I currently use the Male Edge (2-4ish hours per day) and the Bathmate hydromax X11 (usually one pump before sex for around 15-20 mins/max pressure).. But I'm looking to add length.. I'd love to go from just under 7 to over 9 in around a year if thats possible! Time isn't a huge worry. I'm down to put in whatever time necessary. I purchased the Stealth Stretcher kit and some extra silisleevs to wear at night and hang while I'm working from home. I've gotten up to about 10 pounds hanging for 3-4 hours at a time before I feel sore. Then throw the sleeves on to let the recovery happen without turtling.

As someone who is familiar with PE, but not the jelq side of things.. Whats the best routine for length? Thanks for the help!!
