Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi, and thank you all for the welcome. I've been a PE lurker in most forums such as this, but never really signed up until now. I haven't had a really good routine, but have dabbled in mostly pumping in the past. I don't have a whole lot of free time on my hands, so I'm looking to methods that are based on extended duration, such as stretching devices like the penimaster pro and eventually pumping and clamping for girth. I've already purchased a PMP and I have a pump. I basically just want to get more hours in with least amount of manual work, as I need to multitask, do work and school work while doing exercises. If I can't emphasize it enough, I'm really squeezed for time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Starting size: I'm about 6.1/2" BPEL, and about 4.1/2" midshaft EG. I'd like to get up to about 8" NBPEL and about 6" midshaft EG.
 
I'm also aware of possible over-training, so I'd like to avoid that. Any tips on a progressive routine that focuses more on duration at low intensity with minimal manual involvement that also avoids over-training would be helpful. I am however open to exercise routines that might incorporate some short-duration exercises, in say the span of a half hour, maybe every other day or something like that. Ultimately though, if I could just put something on and keep it on for hours with little adjustment, that would be ideal.

I plan to also use the PMP belt system at night while sleeping. The only snag I'm running into at the moment with the PMP is I get some red dots type blistering in the glans. I'm wondering what a good way to get a proper vacuum is. I'm also looking to buy some silicaps to try. I have anti-turtle sleeves on the way, and I'll be using those as well. I'm thinking of putting the sleeve on, then silicap, then applying the vacuum chamber of the PMP and trying to stretch for a longer duration with that, and see if that will fix the red dots problem.

Lastly, and this may be a bit of a dumb question, but what's the best way to apply the silicap? Should I roll it up and apply it like a condom? Also, any other product recommendations?

Welcome to the brotherhood and it sounds like you’re ready to get to work! With what you’re describing I highly recommend you look at the SRT routine as this is the most powerful way to game safely and quickly. It gets into gaining and healing and how this affects your growth. You’ll find many practices that you may want to work into your routine or you may fit to use SRT as your main routine. Either way I highly recommend a readthrough SRT.
 
Thanks @DLD ! I've read through most of the SRT. It sounds a bit intensive, and I'm not sure I can dedicate as much time and resources to it. I think for now, I want to start with one thing at a time and slowly add to my routine as time progresses, increasing the load and building the PE habit over time. If I hit the ground running, I'm going to burn out, I'm afraid. I have a lot of other things going and and live an extremely busy life.

So, I think I'll start with some of the stretching and length work mentioned in SRT, doing stretches after an orgasm. Stretching and using the PMP traction device in the evening would be most effective for me, then wearing the PMP with the belt at night while I sleep, and then apply the anti-turtle sleeve before I leave for the office in the morning. I can't wear a stretcher to my office at work, so doing any stretching or exercises during office hours is kind of off the table, and I don't trust that I'll be able to wear anything discretely. Additionally, I don't have time to run back and fourth to the bathroom; that could potentially add up to hours of lost productivity at work. The best I'm willing to do for office-wear for now is an anti-turtle sleeve, loose underwear (working on getting some saxx or seperatecs) and maybe something else that doesn't require a whole lot of application work.

I think I will start with that routine, and slowly work my way up to add more exercises and activities as I go.
