Welcome to the Brotherhood, @lifelongstudent, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thanks so much for the kind welcome! I am 15cm(5,9in) of length, 14cm(5,5)in of girth, and want to get to 19cm(7,5in) of length and 16,5cm(6,5in) of girth.

I am a serious and patient student of yours from now on. My plan, will start with the newbie routine as recommended, for 1 month, then move to the SRT. I am not a person who spares in investing in himself. As I progress, I will buy your products and if I receive honest and expert advice, I will be a great student, customer and brother!.

When you’re ready for SRT let me know and I’ll help you put a routine together that we use the methodology of SRT and work it into your life, schedule and the tools that you have.
