Welcome to the Brotherhood, @laguito, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey DLD, pelasure to meet you, Legend! This is my first account here and I'm 18yo from Brazil (monkey), but It's not my first journey in PE world, I started PE last year and went through a lot of techniques, from Jelqing, Pumping, Clamping, even Angion Methods etc.

My currently size is around 7''-7.5'' BPEL and 5.3-5.7'' EG depending on the day. I gained almost nothing when I was in highschool because I was doing a newbie routine from Th*nd3r's and got really frustrated (that newbie routine sucks!), then I started doing Angion Methods and SABRE and gained a shit ton of Erection Quality, but nothing more. Now I came to mattersofsize, wich I believe being the best PE forum nowadays and I'm really excited about it, because I have basically 3-4 months with all day full time (10h a day to PE while I study to University). My current routine is Hanging all day and doing pumping or AM at the end of the day.

Hanging sets: 3,3lb bundled hanging in the morning from 8AM to 11:30AM(270º 30 minutes On 5 minutes Off doing firegoat rolls) then another normal no bundled sets from 2:00PM to 9:00PM (30 minutes On 5-10 minutes Off doing firegoat rolls). Mondays and Thursdays I go to the gym 7:00PM and come back 9:00PM starting my EQ or girth routine.

I bought a Cup from Aliexpress and a few sleeves to try vachanging that are about to arrive, BUT I'm uncut and have frenulum. I saw some posts about frenulum tying and OMG I'm not gonna do that, at least for now, even tho I cannot vachang. The frenulum is a bitch, it doesnt let me vachang with my homemade ADS without being extremely unconfortable or acumulating a lot of fluid and donut :(, so I'm hoping the homemade SS will be different. Also I have a homemade AFB, and It's pretty good but I have to take it off every 30 minutes wich sucks and it start to get unusable around 4-5:00 PM due to the attachment on the CC.

So far I was able to increase my BPEL from 7'' to 7,5'' and BPFSL 7,5'' or 8'' in 1week (without EQ gains of course), and girth didn't change too much, actually, I found Jelqing to be very unconfortable and I kinda like Pumping more than Clamping. For me AM are indispensable because it improves your EQ so muchh (rockchick).


That's it! I would be glad if you could give some input about changing my routine and adding something or whatever... Really like your style man, you dont look being 53yo, you're in a good shape!! Lol LOL

One more question that I didn't see the answer: Wich was your initial size and wich is your current size? My goal is 9.5 BPEL and 7 girth (drunk) Thank you ! ;)

I’m about the size you want to be on certain days LOL Thank you for giving us all this information it looks like you’ve been on the road for a minute. I would love to help you put a routine together but I will need some answers to questions first. How much time can you give me every day for a workout? What tools do you have or will have? Are you in a sexually active relationship? Do you have good privacy? Let me know and I can help you put a kick ass routine together
 
Wow:O. Well, I'm single, so no relashionship, I have cable clamps, vacuum pumps, an AFB hanger, infrared lamp, heating pad, a homemade SS that's about to arrive, and my hands. I can give 10-12h to PE, being 2h active pe and the rest should not require focus cause I'm studying, so in my current routine I'm hanging in this time 30min on 5off sets. My privacy is 100% too LOL

In fact, these 3 months are gonna be crucial because I just have this 10h while on them. If everything goes well I'm gonna be on a medicine course, meaning I will just have 3-4h to PE daily :(

You have everything you need to do the full SRT routine. You have all the time you have all the equipment now you just need the commitment. Have a read through SRT and come back to me with any questions. At that point I can help you put a really good routine together that fits your schedule and brings you the growth you desire

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
