Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Karsiyaka, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thanks a lot, you are so kind. Happy to joined this community. I started my journey on Nov.2020 so Im newbie. I measured the Unit at the beginning.

Bpel 6.4"
Bpsfl 6.5"
Eg 5.6"

My Goal is to reach 8" Bpel, Im only doing Phallosan Forte and Plus together 12hrs daily average without anu rest day now have 660hrs but no change yet. Appreciated to have your opinions and suggestions about the wearing time and some other pe routines but i dont have so much private area and time to do manual stretching etc,

my opinion is if you have been wearing the PF for 660 hours with no change throw that thing in the fucking trash or send it back to them! I would like to really help you put a routine together that you’ll actually make growth. We can utilize your PF for healing purposes, it’ll work just fine for that. Depending on what you want to do there’s two tools that I would suggest, the Lengthmaster and the Bathmate. With these two tools and your PF you can do the entire SRT program. And I’ll tell you what I tell everybody you stick with SRT for six months I guarantee you you’ll make incredible growth. I can only say that because it’s been successful for every man that has used it.

If you’re tight on finances and want to forgo tools then I recommend you read through the newbie routine and through the SRT routine and try to put a routine together that’s for the manual between the two. I can help you with this also. So let me know which way you want to go and we can start working on a kick ass routine
