Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thank you @DLD ok, right now i'm using the PeniMaster Pro. But i'm thinking about improving my routine with some hanging or good manual workout. Maybe with the LM.

I'm around 15 cm length... and 13.5 girth..

My goal is to gain 3 or 4 cm of length as quickly as possible. And increase my girth to 15 or 16 cm.. using a routine that allow me to be as discreet as possible..

The Lengthmaster is a Powerful device that takes manual stretching to a whole new level. Able to do so much with stretching using the LM and it also is a hangar and a powerassist. It is the Swiss knife of PE.

far as being stealthy and hidden I suggest looking at the SiliStretcher. This can be worn under clothes without any Detection and I can also be worn through the night while you’re sleeping. Out of all of the different extenders we offer this is the most stealthy. It is also a vacuum hanger which is a huge bonus.

I will put all this together into a routine that is similar to SRT. If you’re having any issues creating the routine itself let me know and I will help you.
