Question. I have the Phallosan Forte (been using off and on the past year) and recently bought the phallosan forte plus extender. I like the extender, but need additional length and would like smaller increments. I thought of purchasing the QuickExtender to use with my forte, but I also like the higher tension / different angles of some of the other ADS models. I'm trying to understand the differences / benefits between the Silistretcher, Stealth Stretcher and Sizedoctor. I'd also be interested in using it with the All Day Stretcher Hardcore Belt. Seems like there's not a traditional extender option for the Silistrecher and that the Sizedoctor is not compatible with the All Day Stretcher Belt. Also, looks like the Sizerdoctor may be more difficult to conceal once I need to go back to the office. For reference, my BPEL is a little over 8.5" with a BEG of a little over 6". Thanks.

It sounds like the best extender for you and what your desires are would be the Stealth Stretcher. The Stealth Stretcher is both an ADS and a vacuum hanger. The SizeDoctor is an ADS traction. The SiliStretcher is an ADS and vacuum hanger. What you want is best of both worlds and that’s going to be the stealth stretcher. This tool was made for the Hardcore Belt so you will have plenty of options in stretching. And to address your last question the stealth stretcher is very concealable.
