Welcome to the Brotherhood, @jadonis, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey thanks for the welcome. I recently purchased a bathmate and the silistretcher2. I am currently at EL 5.25 and EG 5. My goal is EL 7.5-8 and EG 6.5. I am dedicated to this and would appreciate any additional advice.
With that said, I have not been able to find a routine that incorporates hanging, ads and a bathmate. I read the srt routine but found it a little confusing.
I am a newbie at this but I do kegels and jelqs weekly.
Can you steer me in the right direction in terms of a routine? Thx

What do you find confusing in SRT? Let me know so I can help explain it to you. If still you don’t understand it I will write a custom routine for you using the SRT methodology.

Also when would I use the bathmate? Is it in addition to the upward/downward jelqs?
As far as routine schedule, I get the first week. What would be the routine for the subsequent 11 weeks?
And can you explain erect stretching, please?

You always want to do bundled stretching prior to any work out whether it be girth or length. After you have done you’re bundled training you can start your routine with full confidence that you have pre-stretched your Tunica. This is the biggest limitation on gaining so do not skip bundles.

The girth routine is very straightforward and it’s called the 5×5×3 which you will find an SRT. This is an extremely good workout that delivers incredible expansion for the fastest gaining possible with girth.

So you will want to spend two weeks on the first part of SRT which is basically the newbie routine. It’s more of a way to build a solid foundation before you get into the hard-core version of SRT.

If you want to hang that’s perfectly in line with SRT. If you look through the SRT thread you’re going to find 2 hanging workouts. They’re both similar, ones longer than the other but they’re both very powerful.

The Lengthmaster is a must have for anyone that wants to gain length at the fastest possible rate. The reason being the LM allows you to stretch with two hands using any of the stretches available. It’s also a hanger and a power assist. It also has a bundle chamber where you can do rolls and bundles.

Erect stretching is very simple, get an erection grip right below your head and stretch forward from there holding it for 60 seconds at a time for about 10 minutes.
