Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I suffer from the tight underwear suppression syndrome. finalily decide to give this a try with all the extra time I have because of Covid.

I’ve ordered the bathmate with ball pump, silisleeves (one tore on first use), sizedoctor vacuum stretcher, and have lengthmaster 3.0 on the way.

I’ve been at it for about two weeks and have already noticed my flaccid hang is better. Still trying to figure all this out. I have changed diet, and supplemented with herbs in order to do a body detox. I’ve been doing this detox for two months now. and it’s worked great. Beginning today I am adding growth aminos and other things into my plan.

I haven’t measured from the start, but I am keeping photographic evidence. I’d like to get to 7” initially and then beyond if possible. Like you, I am trying to train every day. However, today I did take a rest day from girth. Felt like I needed it and can already feel it was much appreciated.

I am trying to stretch a little in the a.m. and in the evening, with girth in the late morning or afternoon. I wear the tensioned stretcher before bed and while I’m reading. Have yet to sleep thru the night with it on, but have it on 2-3 hours. I’ve also started to wrap. I discovered this tensioned rubber-like ace bandage at Walgreens that has a Velcro type of adhesive. I’ve cut to size and it seems to work pretty well during a day of activity, plus I don’t even know it’s there..

When stretching it feels like I am going to tear my skin off... any recommendation on how to get my skin more pliable? I’ve put heat on it prior to stretching, that helps a bit.... I currently don’t hang do to household dynamics
 
I was reading someone else’s routine and I seem a bit confused with the Newbie routine.

So prior to performing the Newbie Stretch routine I should heat penis up (pick method) and then do 5 minutes of bundled stretches or should the entire Newbie stretch program be done as bundled?

Also, what do people do to warm up berore girth, if anything? I‘ve tried the SSJ and the veins really pop. I’ve even added a bend when I do them. It’s crazy.

That’s not a problem I would love to help. How much time do you have every day to invest? Do you have all the equipment you need so you’re good there. How big do you want to get and where are you today? Let me know the answers to these questions and I will create a great routine for you
