Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi DLD, i am currently at 6.25. Started at 6. My goal is to get to 8 inches. I am currently using the bathmate and ive just bought the sillistretcher-2 which I plan to use along with the bathmate. Some days I have issues with the sillistretcher though as sometimes I can’t get the suction right and it just slides off. Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
