Welcome to the Brotherhood, @honorable55, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

hey, newbie here. 19 years old currently sitting at 6.7 x 5.5 (17cm x 14cm) looking for some manual easy to do streches that i can do everyday and hopefully reach 7.5-8inches in lenght since my girth it's already decent. do you have any recommandations for me? ^_^ i see s2s streches are common but i also found something called "mandingo strech" which i'll prob give a try

hello and thank you for introducing yourself. I think the best place for you to start if you’re going to go completely manual is the newbie routine. For most new people this brings gains very fast and it sets you up to move into the SRT routine when you are ready. The routine covers every angle of the game and it will be a good way to build a solid foundation while the same time making great gains.
