Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Hankeryankery, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thank you for the helpful links and the welcome. There's a lot to look through before I determine the best routine for me. Being older with little prior experience, I feel I will need to be careful not to do harm to myself. Perhaps there are others my age that have tried to improve themselves this late in life.

Thanks for coming out and introducing yourself I really appreciate it. I’m glad that you have looked through the links I gave you they are very important and give you a lot of information on things like healing and gaining. Equipment and manual training and the differences in the incorporation of. I suggest you start out with the newbie routine for the first couple weeks as it is very safe. It also builds a very solid foundation for getting into SRT training. look through the links come back with any questions you have or if you need me to help you make a routine.
