Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Go_bigger, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I have tried various methods of PE including jelquing, pumping and stretching. I have had some success with jelquing and temporary success with pumping. I have recently started stretching and stopped but I am going to attempt it again.

I am a medical professional and I have been researching chemical PE as well as the p-shot and I am looking to discuss experiences and ideas with people who have more experience in PE.

thanks for coming out and introducing yourself. You’ll find a lot of information about chemical PE if you go to the alternative PE section of the site. There’s quite a bit of information on that if you search it out.

What are your plans for a routine? Do you need help in writing one?
 
I am considering combining chemical PE 3-4 time per week (super tri-mix) with the P-shot once per month, and daily stretching +/- pumping.

That sounds good. Once you have something written out let me see it and I can help bring in some of the SRT methodology to help you make growth and healing much quicker.
 
Will do, I am hoping to be able to stir some conversation and see what has and hasn’t worked for others and utilize peoples experience and input to build something

Exploration is a wonderful thing in the brotherhood. You’ll dig up so many gems from so many different brothers over the years. There is always room for improvement and new ways to get there. I never want to stop exploring and creating!

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
